Permits are required for all commercial use regardless if per fee sessions are charged or not, to a consumer. Commercial Use Annual permits are currently only offered to watercraft rental, construction/ repair, or sales. They are sold as an annual fee for the calendar year, with additional vessel/vehicle permit fees as needed.
Commercial Use of watercraft is only permitted at the following parks:
Livery: Loop 360 Boat Ramp, Mansfield Dam Park, Pace Bend Park, Arkansas Bend Park.
Non-Livery: Loop 360 Boat Ramp, Mansfield Dam Park, Pace Bend Park, Sandy Creek Park, Arkansas Bend Park.
